Why before

Most calls are lost in the first two minutes. Not because the rep said something wrong, but because they opened five tabs looking for what was agreed last time while the prospect waited. Preparation is the part of selling nobody gets coached on.

SalesGhost does the preparation for you. It reads the calendar, finds the previous calls with the same people, pulls the deal from the CRM when one is connected, and writes the brief before the meeting starts. Then it prompts you when the call begins, so every call is an assisted one, not just the ones you remembered.

What ships

Ready before you are.

Everything below is in the desktop app today, on macOS and Windows.

Your day, on the home screen

Connect Google or Microsoft calendar once. Today's calls are listed in the app, so starting a session for the right meeting is one click.

A brief for every meeting

An executive briefing, the participants, your recent interactions with this account and the reference links, generated ahead of time and marked Brief ready.

The CRM card, when connected

Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio and the brief shows the deal and stage with a link straight into the record. No tab hunting while the call is starting.

It notices the call starting

When a Zoom, Meet or Teams call begins, SalesGhost prompts you to start a session. Dismiss it for calls you would rather keep off the record.

Knowledge loaded before the first call

Upload the pricing sheet and the security overview, point it at your help docs, and the answers exist before the first hard question does.

Transcripts filed to the right meeting

After the call, the transcript attaches itself to the calendar event it belongs to. Your history reads like your week, not a list of anonymous recordings.

During the call

Grounded answers, battle cards and a place to ask, in the notch, invisible to the prospect.

Transcript, recap, next steps and the follow-up drafted before you stand up.

Knowledge

Docs, sites, battle cards and CRM context. Every answer cites the source it came from.

Questions

Which calendars does SalesGhost support for pre-call briefs?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 calendars. Connect either from Settings in the desktop app; the standard provider consent screen opens in your browser. Access is read-only: SalesGhost never sends invites, edits events or emails anyone on your behalf.

What is in a SalesGhost pre-call brief?

An executive briefing of the account and the meeting, the participants, your recent interactions with the same people, reference links it drew on, and a CRM card with the deal and stage when a CRM is connected. Briefs are generated ahead of the meeting and appear as Brief ready on the home screen.

Does SalesGhost work without a calendar connection?

Yes. You can start a session manually for any call. Connecting a calendar adds today's meetings, automatic prompts when a call starts, pre-call briefs and transcripts matched to events.

Do I need a CRM for the brief?

No. Without a CRM the brief is built from your calendar, your past calls and your knowledge base. Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio and the deal card is added.

Never open the call cold again.

Free for unlimited notes and recaps. No card, no call with sales, nothing to invite to the meeting.
