The answer, in the notch,
while they are still talking.
SalesGhost hears the question, searches your knowledge base and puts a cited answer at the top of your screen. The prospect never sees a thing.
Free plan, no card. macOS and Windows.
Four moments, one glance.
Every scene below is something the shipped notch does today. Pick one, or let it play.

“Is it SOC 2 compliant? Our security team will ask.”
Sales coaching happens too late. Recorders and conversation intelligence tell you what went wrong tomorrow. The prospect asked the hard question today, at minute 22, and the rep said they would get back to them.
SalesGhost answers at minute 22. It listens with you, retrieves the answer from your own material and shows it with the source named, so the rep can say the number, keep eye contact and move on. Battle cards handle the predictable moments; the ask box handles the rest.
Built for the moment, not the review.
On macOS 14.2 and later, and Windows 10 and later.
Answers from your knowledge, cited
When the prospect asks about pricing, security or an integration, the answer comes from your documents and names the file it came from. Not from the open internet.
Battle cards that fire themselves
Write the agreed response to an objection or a competitor once. When that moment happens on a call, the card appears without anyone searching or tagging.
Ask anything about this call
Type a question into the notch mid-call and get an answer from your knowledge base first, with a web lookup only when you ask for one. Or ask for a suggestion whenever you want one rather than waiting.
Hidden from screen share by default
The overlay is excluded from the share. You see it, the prospect sees a clean screen. Toggle it with the eye icon when you want it visible.
No bot in the meeting
SalesGhost hears the call through your computer's audio. Nothing joins the meeting, nothing asks to be admitted, nothing shows up in the participant list.
Seconds, then out of the way
Cards arrive while the prospect is still talking and collapse about ten seconds later, so the screen never fills up. Everything is in the transcript afterwards.
The rest of the call.
Before the call
Your day on one screen, a brief for every meeting, knowledge loaded before you join.
See before the callAfter the call
Transcript, recap, next steps and the follow-up drafted before you stand up.
See after the callKnowledge
Docs, sites, battle cards and CRM context. Every answer cites the source it came from.
See the knowledge baseWhere do the answers appear during a call?
On macOS, in the notch at the top of the screen. On Windows, in a small pill at the top of the screen. Both show the suggestion, the sources it came from and a copy button, and both stay above your other windows without stealing focus.
Which meeting apps does SalesGhost work with?
Anything that plays call audio through your computer: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddles and others. There is no meeting bot and nothing to invite.
Can the prospect see SalesGhost?
Not by default. The overlay is marked as protected content, so screen-sharing paths that respect the operating system's content-protection flag do not capture it. Newer macOS capture APIs weaken this, so if invisibility is critical for a specific setup we recommend a two-minute test with a colleague.
Does SalesGhost search the web during a call?
Not on its own. Automatic suggestions come only from your knowledge base: uploaded files, scraped documentation sites, battle cards and company context, which is why every card can cite its source. When you type a question into the notch, SalesGhost searches your knowledge first and can look something up on the web when you ask; those answers are labelled as coming from the web and kept apart from your verified sources.
How fast are the suggestions?
Usually within a few seconds of the question being asked, depending on transcript quality, retrieval depth and model latency. Cards are designed to be read in a glance, not aloud.

Never wing another call.
Free for unlimited notes and recaps. No card, no call with sales, nothing to invite to the meeting.
