Private preparation,
made instant.
SalesGhost surfaces your own pricing, your own security answers, your own battle cards. Here is what it hears, what it keeps, and who can see it.
Free plan, no card. macOS and Windows.
Nothing about SalesGhost is in the meeting. It runs on the rep's own machine, listens through that machine's audio and draws on that machine's screen. There is no bot to admit, no recording banner and no participant entry, because there is no recorder in the room.
What it keeps is text you control. Audio is discarded once the transcript exists. Transcripts, recaps and knowledge live until you delete them, encrypted in transit and at rest, processed by providers barred from training on them. Access to team knowledge is decided on the server when each answer is built.
Six decisions that keep it private.
Nothing joins the meeting
SalesGhost hears the call through your own computer's audio. No bot is admitted, no participant appears, no recording notice fires on the prospect's side because there is no recorder in the room.
Hidden from screen share
The overlay is flagged as protected content, the same mechanism banking apps use to block screenshots. Capture paths that respect the flag never see it. You can make it visible with one click.
Audio is discarded
Recordings are used to produce the transcript and the recap, then discarded unless you opt into extended retention. What we keep is text you can read and delete.
Encrypted, and not for training
TLS 1.2 or later in transit, encryption at rest. The AI providers that process transcripts are instructed not to use your data to train generalized models.
Access decided when the answer is built
Who can read which knowledge is checked at retrieval time on the server, never cached on a device. Remove a teammate and their next call no longer sees the team's material.
Calendar access is read-only
Connecting Google or Microsoft calendar lets SalesGhost read events to brief you and detect calls. It never sends invites, edits events or emails anyone.
Data, retention, and your control.
Every row below is something you can act on from inside the app.
| Data | How long we keep it | Your control |
|---|---|---|
| Call audio | Discarded once the transcript and recap exist, unless you opt in to keep it | Opt-in retention in Settings |
| Transcripts and recaps | Until you delete them | Delete per call from the desktop app |
| Knowledge base documents | Until you delete them or request removal | Remove per source in Settings |
| Calendar metadata | Encrypted, refreshed while connected | Disconnect in Settings, prompts stop immediately |
| Account and billing | For the life of the account; card numbers never stored (Stripe) | Cancel or delete the account from billing settings |
Before, during, and after.

See the knowledge baseDoes SalesGhost record my calls?
It captures call audio on your computer to transcribe it live. The audio is discarded after the transcript and recap are generated unless you opt into extended retention. What remains is text, which you can delete per call.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. The model providers that process transcripts and generate suggestions are instructed not to use your data to train generalized models, and SalesGhost does not train models on customer data.
Who are SalesGhost's sub-processors?
Hosting on AWS, identity on WorkOS, payments on Stripe, plus the AI model providers used to transcribe and generate suggestions. Each is bound by data protection terms. The full list is in the privacy policy.
Do the other people on my call know SalesGhost is running?
SalesGhost does not join the meeting, so nothing appears in the participant list and no bot recording notice fires. Whether and how to tell participants a call is being transcribed depends on your jurisdiction and your company's policy; many of our customers already disclose recording as standard practice.
How do I sign in, and do you support SSO?
Sign in with Google, Microsoft or email and password through WorkOS. Signing in with a company email connects you to your organization automatically. Enterprise SSO is available on request for teams.
