Real-time sales guidance software for revenue teams
SalesGhost gives B2B revenue teams real-time sales guidance on discovery calls and product demos. It answers product questions from the documents your team shares, with the source shown, and coaches reps through objections, competitor mentions and the next question to ask, drawing on shared battle cards and playbooks or the conversation itself.

How SalesGhost provides real-time sales guidance
Answers from your documents during live calls
SalesGhost hears the call through the computer audio and recognises when a buyer asks a question. Product, pricing, security and integration questions are answered from the documents your team shares, and each answer shows the file it came from, so every rep works from the same material.
- Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown, or point SalesGhost at your website and help docs; organization sources are shared with the whole team
- Answers appear in the macOS notch or the Windows pill, usually within a few seconds, and collapse after a few seconds by default
- Type a question mid-call and SalesGhost answers from your knowledge first, looking up public facts only when your knowledge cannot answer; automatic cards never use the web
“We need to think about it and come back to you.”
Sarah · VP SalesReal-time objection handling and competitive battle cards
Write a battle card for each objection or competitor your team expects: a pricing pushback, a rival named, a stall. When that moment comes up on a call, SalesGhost can draw on the card to suggest a response in line with the material your team agreed, so reps are not improvising the company position.
- Shared cards reach every seat, so the response to a competitor is the team’s position, not one rep’s
- A suggestion informed by a card is context for the rep, who says it in their own words
- After a call, turn an answer that landed into a proposed battle card for the whole team
Live coaching prompts and suggested next questions
Not every moment has a card. When a buyer reveals a new constraint, leaves an objection unresolved or a discovery call stops uncovering anything, SalesGhost suggests a next move or a question to ask, drawn from the conversation itself. Coaching is shown without a source so reps can tell it apart from a document-backed fact.
- Suggested discovery questions and objection-handling wording, offered when the conversation calls for them rather than at every pause
- Coaching suggestions and factual answers are separate preferences, so each rep decides what they see
- Company context describes who you sell to and how you position, so coaching across the team shares one positioning
Shared team knowledge and playbooks
Every source has a scope. Organization sources are shared with everyone on the team; personal sources stay with the person who added them. Admins own the shared setup, members run calls and can add knowledge, so pricing, security and positioning are set up once and everyone works from the same documents.
- Pricing sheets, security overviews and positioning documents are added once and reach the whole team
- Shared battle cards sit alongside the documents, so the agreed response travels with the facts
- Connect Attio and pre-call briefs include account context for the people on the call
Post-call summaries and follow-up drafts
Press stop and the transcript lands on the home screen. A few moments later the recap follows, with key points, next steps and open questions, and a set of suggested actions built from the call.
- A follow-up email drafted from the transcript, ready to review and send from your own inbox
- With HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio connected, a CRM note with stage, objections and stakeholders to paste
- Suggestions to save what the prospect told you to knowledge, or turn an answer that landed into a battle card
Also worth knowing.
Works with your call stack
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddles and diallers such as Aircall or Dialpad: anything that plays call audio through the computer.
Admins and members
Admins invite people, own the shared setup and manage seats from the team billing page. Members run calls, see their own calls and can add knowledge. Workspace owners and admins can review calls made in the workspace.
Calendar aware
Connect Google or Microsoft calendar and SalesGhost lists the day, briefs meetings when there is useful context and prompts when a call starts.
Scoped to your organization
Organization knowledge is available only to current members of your organization. Personal sources stay with the person who added them.
Questions revenue teams ask
Does every rep have to build their own knowledge base?
No. Sources added at organization scope are shared with everyone on the team, so the pricing sheet, security overview and positioning are set up once. Reps can still keep personal sources for their own notes.
Does SalesGhost write to our CRM?
Not automatically. Connect Attio and pre-call briefs include account context for the people on the call. With HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio connected, SalesGhost writes a CRM note after the call for you to paste.
How do we roll SalesGhost out to the team?
An admin invites teammates from Settings, Workspace. Each person accepts the invitation, installs the Mac or Windows app, grants the microphone and system audio permissions and connects a calendar. The shared knowledge and battle cards are already there when they take their first call.
Can sales and customer success use the same setup?
Yes. Both teams sit in the same organization and draw on the same knowledge base, while personal sources stay with the person who added them. Members see their own calls; workspace owners and admins can review calls made in the workspace. See the customer success solution for how post-sale teams use it.
How is the Teams plan priced?
Per seat, billed monthly or annually, with shared team knowledge and admin controls included. Current prices and plan limits are on the pricing page, and there is a free plan with no card required for trying it first.
Give the whole team the same answers.
Free to start, no card, nothing to invite to the meeting. Teams plans add shared knowledge and admin controls.
