Real-time AI sales assistant for sales reps
SalesGhost is a real-time AI sales assistant for B2B discovery calls and product demos. When a buyer asks a question, it answers from your own documents with the source shown. When an objection or a competitor comes up, it can suggest what to say or ask next, from your battle cards or the conversation itself.
Free plan, no card. macOS and Windows.
Works with
No meeting bot
- Answer the hard question on the spot
- Stay in the conversation, not in your notes
- Recap and follow-up draft a few moments after you stop
How SalesGhost provides real-time sales guidance
Answers from your documents during live calls
SalesGhost hears the call through your computer audio, with no bot in the meeting. When a buyer asks about pricing, security, integrations or a feature and your documents hold the answer, a card shows it with the document it came from. When the material is missing, it is designed to stay quiet or acknowledge the gap rather than guess.
- Add your own knowledge: a pricing sheet, a security overview, your notes, or your company website and help docs; if your team uses SalesGhost, shared sources are already there
- Cards appear in the macOS notch or the Windows pill, usually within a few seconds of the question
- Type a question mid-call to ask anything; SalesGhost answers from your knowledge first and may look up public facts when your knowledge cannot answer
“We need to think about it and come back to you.”
Sarah · VP SalesReal-time objection handling and competitive battle cards
Write a battle card for the objections and competitors you hear most: the price pushback, the rival they already trialled, the “send me something and we’ll see”. When that moment arrives, SalesGhost draws on the card to suggest a response in line with your prepared material, so you are not searching your memory while the buyer waits.
- Cards you write are yours; cards your team shares at organization scope appear on your calls too
- The card is recall, not a script: take the number or the argument and say it in your own words
- After the call, turn an answer that landed into a battle card so it is there next time
Live coaching prompts and suggested next questions
Not every moment has a card. When the buyer mentions a new constraint, an objection is left hanging or the discovery call has stopped uncovering anything, SalesGhost suggests a next move or a question to ask, drawn from the conversation itself. Coaching shows without a source, so you can tell technique from a documented fact.
- A question that reopens discovery when the buyer has stopped giving you anything to work with
- Wording for an objection you did not write a card for, based on what the buyer just said
- Keep coaching, facts or both in your preferences; experienced reps often keep only the facts
Pre-call research and account context
Connect Google or Microsoft calendar and today’s calls appear on the home screen, with a brief when there is useful context: who is on it, what happened last time and what is still open. When the call starts, SalesGhost prompts you to start a session.
- Briefs are generated ahead of time and marked ready on the home screen
- Connect Attio and the brief includes account context for the people on the call
- Transcripts are linked to the matching meeting in SalesGhost afterwards
Post-call summaries and follow-up drafts
Press stop and the transcript lands first. The recap follows with key points, next steps and open questions, then suggested actions built from the call. You read, adjust and paste.
- A follow-up email drafted from the transcript, sent from your own inbox in your own voice
- With your CRM connected, a CRM note with stage, objections and stakeholders ready to paste
- Ask the transcript afterwards what was left unanswered or what their objections were
Also worth knowing.
Zoom, Meet, Teams and diallers
Anything that plays call audio through your computer, including Slack Huddles and diallers such as Aircall, Dialpad and RingCentral.
Hidden from screen share by default
The overlay is excluded from the share by default; newer macOS capture APIs can weaken this, so test it if it matters. Turn visibility on in Settings, Preferences when you want it seen.
Seconds, then gone
Cards collapse after a few seconds by default, adjustable in the overlay settings. The conversation itself is in the transcript afterwards.
Free for notes and recaps
The free plan includes notes and recaps for your calls and a monthly allowance of live-feedback calls. No card required.
Questions sales reps ask
Can I use SalesGhost without my company rolling it out?
Yes. Sign up with your email, download the Mac or Windows app and add your own knowledge: a pricing sheet, a security overview, your notes. If your company adopts SalesGhost later, an admin invites you and your account joins the shared setup.
Can the prospect tell I am using it?
No bot joins the meeting and nothing appears in the participant list. The overlay is excluded from screen share by default. Newer macOS capture APIs can weaken that protection, so if invisibility matters for a specific setup, run a two-minute test with a colleague first.
What if my knowledge base does not have the answer?
Product facts must come from a document or card you provided. Document-backed answers show the document they came from; conversation-based coaching need not have one. When the material is missing, SalesGhost is instructed to say what is unknown rather than pitch. If you type the question into the notch or pill, it may look up public facts when your knowledge cannot answer, and those answers count as unverified.
Does it work with my dialler?
If the dialler plays audio through your computer, yes. Aircall, Dialpad, RingCentral, JustCall and CloudTalk all work this way. In-person meetings are not supported because there is no digital audio to capture.
Does SalesGhost send emails or update the CRM for me?
No. It drafts the follow-up and, once you connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio, writes a CRM note; you send the email from your own inbox and paste the note into your CRM. Your prospects only ever hear from you.
Never say “I will get back to you” again.
