Plans, trials, and billing

Updated 8 July 2026

SalesGhost is a B2B product, and the account model reflects that: no self-serve free tier, no crippled trial version — accounts are set up as trials with the full product, and moving to paid happens with our team. Here's how it all works.

How trials work

New accounts are provisioned as trials with full access — every feature, no usage caps. We do it this way deliberately: you can't evaluate a live sales copilot on three throttled calls. During your trial you're using exactly the product you'd be paying for, on your real calls, with your real knowledge base.

There's nothing to unlock and no card required to start. When the trial is doing its job, the conversation about paying is a short one.

Plans and pricing

  • Personal — £30/month, for an individual rep.
  • Teams — £50 per seat/month. Adds organizations: shared knowledge, team battle cards, scorecard trends for managers, and seat management. Details in seats and invites.
  • Enterprise — custom. For larger rollouts and procurement processes; email support@salesghost.app to start that conversation.

If you're more than a couple of people, Teams is almost always the right call — the shared org knowledge base is where most of the compounding value lives.

Moving from trial to paid

Upgrades are handled with our team rather than a checkout page: email support@salesghost.app (or reply to any email from us) and we'll set up the right plan, seat count, and billing details. It's usually a same-day thing, and it means questions about seats, invoicing quirks, or procurement paperwork get answered by a person instead of a form.

Trial running out mid-evaluation? Just ask. We'd rather extend a trial than have you decide under time pressure.

Invoices and billing details

Your plan and invoices live on the billing page of the web app at salesghost.app — sign in with the same work email you use in the desktop app. Payments and invoices are handled through Stripe, so invoices are there whenever finance asks, without emailing anyone.

Cancelling

If SalesGhost isn't earning its keep, email support@salesghost.app and we'll wind the account down — no retention maze. If something specific didn't work (answer quality, a workflow gap, a missing integration), telling us is genuinely useful: sometimes it's fixable in a reply, and when it isn't, it still shapes what we build.

Questions we get a lot

  • Do trial accounts differ from paid ones? No. Same product, full access.
  • Can we add seats mid-cycle? Yes — admins manage seats from Settings → Team, and billing follows the seat count.
  • Do you have a DPA / security documentation? A DPA is available on request via support@salesghost.app. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on cloud infrastructure in the US/EU, and transcripts are never used to train third-party foundation models.
